Just in case you were wondering, I went to the gym every day this week!
I didn't eat chocolate two days in a row (going for three today)
I've been eating SO good. Even last night the three of us went to a pub and I took off the top piece of my foccacia sandwich (the bread half) and only half my fries. Ok, so maybe I should have got the salad instead of fries but I was craving them.
We used to eat out so much, and now we hardly ever do. So for a night out I normally go all out but last night I just couldn't eat anymore. And I can always eat more.
