Treadmill days

Seeing as I'm only really walking on the treadmill (just don't feel comfortable running), I'm trying to do my own version of intervals.

For example, today:
10 minute incline of 6.5 speed of 3.5mph
10 minute incline of 10.0 speed of 3.2mph
10 minute incline of 0 speed of 4.2mph
10 minute incline 7.0 speed of 3.5mph
10 minute incline 11.0 speed of 3.0mph
10 minute incline 1.0 speed of 4.0mph

I'm just kind of making it up as I go along, maybe I should actually try to look online to see if there are better walking-only intervals that I should be following. My heart rate was pretty good the whole time and I wasn't out of breath, so it was a great workout!

That sounds like a great work out. I haven't run in like 3 weeks and I am a bit scared about starting up again. But this weekend i have to!

OK, you ROCK girl! I have zero motivation to do any sort of exercise. That is so fanatastic!

(on a side note, I had an extra ultrasound on Wednesday and I got some 3D pics of the baby's face!!!!)

i think you should change the inclines more frequently - every 2 or 5 minutes... just to switch it up for your legs. that is my 2 cents haha.
