Help! I can't stop eating.
Yesterday:
7am: mini wheats + skim milk
10am: All Bran bar
12:30: sammich + pickles + carrot sticks
1:30: cheesies
3:30: apple
4:30: granola bar
5:30: fish + broccoli + rice
7:00pm: ice cream sandwich
MAKE IT STOP. If I omit the TWO treats (normally I only have one, which in itself is too much) it may have not been too bad but yesterday the icecream was calling my name.

Smart Pop called me last night. My hubby and I polished off a bag between us. A big bag....
try having more protein in the a.m. maybe an egg - it willkeep you full longer. I used to eat all morning long.....
