I got just the e-mails and comments I needed to get my arse back into it!

I mapped out a "run" on for 5K but I got back in 40 minutes. Tis not possible. I'd like to think I'm fast, but not that fast.

Next time I'll just have to go a little further.

I think lately I had been rewarding my workouts with a treat - and the only treat this mouth is seeing today is strawberries with yogurt. Which, is pretty darn tasty and way more filling than a Caramilk!

I like mapmyrun, but I found this google pedometer and I like it better. It is a bit harder to get used to but it lets you double back and you don't have to log in to use it. It is gmap-pedometerDOTcom
