Liking the idea

To change WI's till Monday morning. Looking back at the weekend, it definitely kept me in place.

So much so, that this week I lost 2.4 lbs!

Normally, when Saturday is my WI day, it usually ends up being somewhat of a cheat day because it's a weekend. Now that my "cheat day" would be Monday - it just doesn't feel right, because my new week has always started on Monday so I'm raring to go.

Excellent weigh in. I chose Monday as well for that exact same reason. Have another great week.
