Do you ever

Say or do something so absolutely inconsiderate? I pride myself of always thinking of others first, being aware of life going on around me and not caught up in my own little world. I always ask people how they are and actually want to hear their response.

Momentarily I got caught up in me, and as soon as the words were out of my mouth I wanted to take them back. I feel horrible and am sending happy thoughts out to the universe.
