BUT the scale says I'm down from 157.8 (Monday) to 153.6 (today). I know most of Monday's weight was just the brunt of the past two weeks and the crap I was eating. Well, I didn't go completely overboard, but I knew the number was "inflated" and I would see a big drop after a couple days on plan. But being back to where I was a couple weeks ago after only 3 days? It's awesome. And definite motivation to keep on going.
