The scale finally showed the pizza and ice cream this morning! Up one pound but still below my starting weight.
But it just goes to show I am on the slippery slope I was last time, and if I don't nip it in the bud I'll be looking at over 200, which I vow will NOT happen!
Yesterday I planned our meals for the week (well, until Thursday because something normally comes up every week) I packed us healthy lunches for today and I'm good to go.
