I haven't gone to the gym since Monday. I wasn't feeling well enough to go and then yesterday and today I've been too busy at work (read: working through lunch hour) to even dream about making it there. So this weekend I will have to make up for it.
Saturday looks not so bad weather wise, so I'm bundling up tomorrow and starting the day off with a walk/run in the 'hood.
Sunday I'm either going to repeat the exercise from Saturday OR go lane swimming. Either option is exciting to me.
