Just added

My exercise to the side bar - then counted up the days I exercised in January and it was only 10. I need to beef that up. It's Feb 10th and I've only got 5 days with exercise under my belt.

My goal for February is 15 days of exercise.

Goodness I can't even add - 9 days of exercise in january! And I thought I was doing so good! I have to start getting exercise in on the weekends. With the coming of spring, that should be easier to do.
