One of my biggest downfalls

Is that I always think a workout has to be for 45 minutes at a minimum. So today I was super busy and almost skipped the gym because I didn't think I had the time, but I decided to go for only 30 minutes.

Even once I hit 30 minutes I was tempted to stay longer, but then I know I wouldn't get all my work done and then the next time I considered going to the gym for a short stint I would think - but last time I still stayed too long - so in order to keep it a positive short-gym experience I left after 30 minutes.

So now I know I can do it so even on days where it's busy, I can always eat my lunch at my desk while I work and take my 30 minute break in the gym.
