3 weeks in, what I've noticed

- it is not helping me AT ALL to treat myself to "all you can eat" the night after you WI. Basically, I use it as my cheat day, but I go overboard and feel like poop the next morning. It's not helping me to lose weight and it's totally one night of my old habits. Bad Christy Bad.

- I need to track always. Some days I keep a tally in my head, but that doesn't work. TRACK TRACK TRACK.

- I need to start exercising again. Besides my bike rides with the kids, walking to/from park, running around the house cleaning, chasing kids.... I haven't scheduled in any exercise. This must change. I know I will love it as soon as I start. I just need to do it!
