I was reading the wonderful Amy's blog and her post about running. And she's running the Army half marathon. I'm currently running about 7km. Sept 18th is 15 weeks away. Can I do it?
I don't want to sign up and then feel guilty all summer for not training.
But now I'm on the road to losing weight, and maybe this is what I need to make sure I keep up with it over the summer (which is always harder for me than the winter, which is what this weeks' topic of the week at WW was).
Can I do it?
