Of no running.
I went to my physiotherapist last Friday and I have a strained quadricep (the rectus femoris to be exact). I have a few exercises to work on, and will be visiting him again next week and then we will decide if I should continue on my running or not.
I will say that I do miss running. I don't miss my legs being sore though :)
I've been good about getting my 5x/week workouts though - and like the variety it offers now that I don't NEED to get a certain number of runs in a week.
But I'm hoping/praying/determined that the decision will be that YES I will be running in May.
