I know that yesterday I said that I may start doing running intervals. I may have even said perhaps I enjoy sprinting.
But seriously? A brutal ladder workout (is that how you even refer to them, when you do 5 of everything, then 10 of everything, then 15 etc...?) including suicide drills?
That's not quite what I had in mind for a Friday morning.
