- drink all my water (4L a day)
- eat 20 points a day
- go for a jog each day, unless my knee hurts and then I'll walk it
I peeked at the scale this morning (tsk tsk I know) and it said 167. Not good. I made some not so good choices to spend my flex on this week and I have had soup out of a can a couple times (too much sodium) so that may be a reason for the slight gain and I want it gone by Wednesday.

You can definitely accomplish those things, although I think my teeth would be floating if I drank 4L of water lol.
