I have been cooking alot lately and tonight I just wanted to do something that was fast and easy.  I always turn to Kraft when I need something quick and simple.  Tonight was an Italian
3 cups egg noodles
1lb chicken cut into cubes
1 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic chopped
1/4 cup balsamic vinagrette
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
2 cups halved grape tomatoes
1/4 cup parm cheese
1 - cook noodles
2 - cook chicken in oil, then add the dressing, garlic and tomatoes and cook for another 3 minutes
3 - add chicken mixture to noodles and mix with basil
4 - sprinkle cheese on top
Ok, the recipe was much more elaborate (I couldn't find it on the kraft site, I got it out of one of their magazines) but that was the jist of it.  It was fantastic!  Even Carson loved the chicken.  I mean it was no gourmet meal, but it was tasty and most importantly fast and easy. 
Bootcamp this morning was great, I feel like superwoman while I'm there and completely on top of the world when I'm on my way home... music blaring and know that 90% of the world is still asleep and I've already gotten in an hour workout!  Again tomorrow morning, my first time doing it two days in a row.  I'll report back after my WI and bootcamp tomorrow.
