We had a big breakfast (went out with my sister, her husband and their little girl Sofia) so after the gym I didn't want a huge lunch, just a snack... so I tried this new yogurt that I picked up last week and oh my god is it ever good. The flavour? Vanilla bean and pear. I stopped eating fat free yogurt when I got pregnant and never went back, the fat free stuff is runny and mucousy and makes me gag just thinking about it. I think this works out to 3 pts per half a cup, but after I throw a handful of blueberries on it and drink a hot cup of green tea afterwards, it fills me up for quite a while.
