The house in our area is conditionally sold, it was selling for a crazy good price so I'm not at all surprised (like almost 100K less then I expected).
The house in Kanata has stopped showings (doesn't mean there is an offer, it's just stopped showings and they don't have to disclose why) until further notice.
So last night I was excited about two houses and now I'm content with our house. I get caught up so easily. Now I'm back to concentrate on work.
