This past week has been quite taxing (to say the least) and I just feel so exhausted from everything. Mentally and physically.
I've been doing quite well in the eats department, surprisingly enough.
Today's Eats:
B - raisin bran (5)
L - chai latte (2), wrap (7)
D - red lentil curry with a spoonful of plain yogurt (5)
S - rice paper roll (4)
Total: 23 (flex = 33)
I'm off work for the week, so I'll try my best to stay focussed (at least at meal times) so I can finally see a loss this week. Tonight is core class and even though I would much rather fall into a deep 14 hour sleep, I'm going to go!
