I have no idea how anyone still eats non-fat yogurt. When I got pregnant with the boog back in March 2005 I stopped eating all type of artificial sweeteners, which included my Source yogurt. Well, when I started to experience the velvety silky smoothness that is regular fat yogurt, I realized I could never go back. At my mom's this past weekend I tried one of her Source yogurt and the consistency was like phlegm to me. Ick. Totally worth the extra point in my books.

My latest and greatest yogurt is the PC stirred yogurt (am eating a vanilla one with fresh strawberries and blueberries for a snack).
