As I wrote yesterday, I wasn't hungry until late morning and I had a small bowl of Raisin Bran. That held me over until about 3pm and then I was hungry. But, I knew we were having a big dinner so instead of having a full meal I ate an apple, 4 melba toast and 2 wedges of laughing cow cheese. Normally I don't skip meals, I feel I'm owed a meal and I don't cheap out on it. Not that I'm encouraging myself to skip meals - but it's OK to have just a snack to tide me over until the next meal.
