At the end of the week, when I try to remember how often I worked out, it's always kind of a blur. I know I should write it down right away, but honestly I have so many lists/journals/everything floating around that I can't keep it straight. This blog is the only reliable "journal" I have. In light of that, I've decided to add a "Recent Exercise" list to my sidebar. Seeing as I update almost every day, I'm making an effort to record when I exercise.
This way when my memory fails me, my blog won't!
