Roasted veggies

In our cafeteria, when getting a wrap, they ask if you wanted roasted veggies. They kind of look like the way roasted red peppers (from a jar) look. Do you know if you can buy roasted veggies in a jar?

The reason I ask, is often a last minute throw together lunch is a wrap of some sort. For suppers I wouldn't dream of doing anything other than actually roasting the veggies, but I'd love to have a jar of some of them to throw onto the wrap. I highly doubt our cafteria makes them on their own....
