Mental note

Stop drinking water at least 2 hours before going on walk. Honestly last night when I got home from my walk I was DYING!

But I'm soo thirsty these days. I'm taking a later lunch and getting outside in the sun for an hour walk, so I stopped drinking about 30 minutes ago. Hopefully it will all be out of my system in the next 90 minutes.

The last couple days have been good. Of course each day included something that perhaps I shouldn't have eaten, but I made changes in the rest of the day to make up for it. And regardless - it's a HUGGEEE improvement on the way I had been eating.

it is such a hard thing when you are pregnant eh. You need/want to drink but you don't want to spend your life in the washroom!
