Food Diary - Friday

Breakfast: 1.5c cornflakes, 1c milk **I always drink skim
Snack: box of smarties (I had checked my weight, discouraged and ate chocolate)
Lunch: 1 whole wheat tortilla, 1/2 chicken breast, spinach, sprouts, veggies, sprinkle of cheddar cheese and 1tsp pesto mayo
Snack: decaf green tea + banana
Dinner: steak, broccoli, salad (with avocado, tomatoe, onion, cucumber, yog/cumin/basil dressing)
Snack: 2 clementines
