Start of a new week

I weighed in this morning at 187.8. Could have been worse, could have been better. Looking back at the week I realized a few things that I need to improve.

I seem to take small bites of things throughout the day. I caught myself taking a small piece of cheese, a couple mini bretons, spoonfuls of Jeff's pasta sauce, bites of this and that. This needs to stop.

Rather like the Beck diet solution, each week I'm going to concentrate on improving one thing when it comes to my diet and health. Reflecting on last week, this upcoming week I'm going to only eat my meals and snacks and none of these little forgotten licks bites and tastes (WW has a term for this, it's been so long I can't remember).

Now, it's 9 am Saturday morning and I've already had a wicked workout, eating my oatmeal as I type and then we are headed out to a bike store to get my chariot stroller fitted with a baby sling so I can do walks with both the boys - with this beautiful weather it's killing me to not take more advantage and get some cardio in.

Onwards and upwards folks!

District 9 was a little too Sci-Fi for my liking, the Maiden Heist was alright. In other words neither one was spectacular.
