Food Diary - Tuesday

Breakfast: 1/2 c steel cut oats + 1/2 banana + tbsp flax seed + 1 tbsp granola + 1tsp maple syrup and 1/2 c orange juice
Lunch: Spinach/lettuce salad w/ chickpeas, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, yogurt + cumin dressing
Snack: 2 oranges + green tea
Supper: homemade pizza on bought crust, chicken, pizza sauce, onion, mushroom, zucchini, cheese

I started using DailyBurn to enter my calories, but I find it takes an awfully long time. I've been counting points for so freaking long that maybe that's the way I will go. Or maybe the core program from weight watchers.... we'll see. I'm planning on making that decision today.

I had steel cut oats for breakfast too, and have spinach salad for lunch. BTW is the 1/2 cup measure dry or after cooking, I can't seem to figure out which way it is supposed to be.
