Thank you!

Your kind words mean the world to me. It also helps me to remember that everyone goes through ups and downs and no one's life is perfect. It's how you look at things and hold tight the things that are important to you.

And I'm working real hard these days to remember that. So here I am, continuing on to do the same. Keep tracking. Keep counting. Keep exercising. Keep smiling. Keep being POSITIVE. Get rid of all that negative energy and thoughts.

Love the picture! It is hard to adjust our feelings and attitudes sometimes but it really does help to count your blessings. And you didn't self medicate with food so BRAVO!
