Even if

You go out to friend's for dinner, it doesn't mean it has to be an eating extravangaza.

I went over my calories a bit - BUT I had worked out in the morning AND I was sure to eat filling but not high calorie foods before dinner. I wasn't sure what was going to be served, so I made sure I left myself as many calories as possible.

Looking back I was rather proud of myself for staying within the daily ranges for all my nutritional goals!
