Oops, in addition to the post below - I forgot to add that I DID NOT weigh in last night. My parents were still in town and their flight only left at 9.
Missing a WI isn't a bad thing, I find if I pre-plan to miss it, allowing me to eat whatever I want because I'm not weighing in that week is a bad thing.
And a good friend recommended I treat my WI day as Day 1. This way, I'm not tempted to "cheat" after a WI (which I often had in the past) as my new week has already started.
