I did it

I weighed myself. Down 3.2lbs. First time the scale has moved in a long time, so yes, I'm happy.

I've continued tracking every single bite I put into my mouth for 9 days now - that my friends, is perhaps the longest I've ever honestly tracked for. So go me.

And now? Off for a 10k run. To be honest, once I signed up for the half marathon, I had serious doubts that I would actually start the training. But, I've been running, keeping up with the schedule, and I'm determined to do it.
