Honestly, I think giving up the scale for Lent was one of the smartest things I've done in a while. I'm judging my healthy lifestyle these days by how much energy I have, how my clothes feel, how heavy a weight I can lift, how many push-ups from my toes I can do, and how happy I am.
I'm not judging it by the # on the scale.

That is awesome! I have to remember all of that because I weighed myself a few days ago and the number hadn't moved. Seriously, the scale is the devil!
