Friday am

I'm up on time to go to the gym
I'm not feeling well at all
Going to the gym will end poorly, I can tell
Trying to wash away the guilt I feel for not going
This is life right? We will have to miss the gym sometimes. And that's ok.

If unwell sometimes it is better to stay in bed and rest. GUILT BE GONE! Hope you are feeling better.

Sometimes you are better off taking a rest day. Hope you feel better! And ditch the guilt! It was only one day. :)
