Every morning I go to crossfit.  5 days a week.

This morning, I was tired, my upper back and shoulders were sore.

Work is super busy.  I have to leave early for Meet the Teachers night.

I made the right choice, I got up at the same time and came to work and skipped my workout.

Starting to listen to my body, prioritize things in my life and not feel guilty about it.
